Ane Gurtubay-Antolin is a Marie Curie fellow. She completed her PhD at the University of Barcelona, where she investigated tactile monitoring mechanisms and in sighted and unsighted individuals (2013-2017). She then joined the Catholic University of Louvain to study crossmodal plasticity mechanisms in visually deprived populations (2018-2022). During her career she has used electroencephalography (EEG) as well as functional and structural MRI techniques.
